Steve will share Klingberg's experience successfully pursuing federal earmark dollars in each of the last three years, sharing insights about both those requests that led to funding and those that did not. Participants who have also pursued earmark dollars will be encouraged to share their experiences. The format will be a brief presentation followed by discussion among the entire group about resources, challenges, and strategies for pursuing earmark funds.  NAPSEC members only.
