MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES WITH NAPSEC
NAPSEC is a nonprofit association that represents over 250 private special education programs across the nation. NAPSEC members are private early intervention programs, schools, residential therapeutic centers, postsecondary education services and adult living programs. NAPSEC also represents eight state associations, which we refer to as CASA members (Council of Affiliated State Associations), who represent another 400 programs. In addition to reaching private special education programs with your advertisements, our website also has a site for parents.

The mailing list has 2,742 private special education program addresses listed in the following format:

The list is in excel format and can be emailed or copied to a CD. The emailed cost is $350, the CD cost is $375. You can pay for the list with a check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express cards.

Affiliate Membership
If you become an Affiliate member you can advertise twice a year, a $1,000 value, on the NAPSEC Marketplace or in the NAPSEC News Letter. Affiliates are listed in the NAPSEC Membership Directory and may also place an advertisement free of charge - a $400 value in the directory. Becoming a member also allows you to attend the NAPSEC conference at the member rate to network with NAPSEC members. Becoming an Affiliate member provides an additional benefit of membership - the ability to contact NAPSEC members through NAPSEC by email. You can send your message to the NAPSEC and it will then go out under the NAPSEC heading in an email to the NAPSEC membership. Advertisements carry a lot more weight when they are sent from a "NAPSEC Affiliate Member."

Advertising on NAPSEC Website - Main Page, Newsletter & Marketplace

NAPSEC offers three advertising venues for your organization.
NAPSEC's Main Page
NAPSEC will feature your company on the main page for a month (s). Your company logo with a direct link to your website will be placed on the main page for a cost of $350 for three months or $500 for six months.
The NAPSEC Newsletter
The NAPSEC Newsletter is produced four times a year - Winter, Spring and Fall editions. When the Newsletter is posted on the website, an email is sent to the NAPSEC membership with a direct link to the site. An added note to membership can be added to bring attention to your advertisement. You can place an advertisement in one edition of the newsletter for $500, or you can select two editions for $650 - a $1,000 value. To do this, you simply have to send NAPSEC your advertisement at napsec@aol.com and it will be placed in the newsletter once payment has been received.
NAPSEC Marketplace
The NAPSEC Marketplace was created to give members and businesses an opportunity to advertise their products and services to the private special education community. The cost of advertising on the Marketplace is $350 for 6 months and $500 for 12 months. NAPSEC will place your advertisement and any changes you would like made during the 6 months/12 months period. Just email your advertisement to napsec@aol.com and it will be placed on the Marketplace once payment has been received. The NAPSEC Marketplace has a direct link from NAPSEC's Main Page.
NAPSEC Resource Guide List
The Resource Guide List was created to give parents a listing of organizations that provide beneficial products and services for special needs populations. Each listing includes all of the organizations contact information with a direct link to the organization's web site and an email address for contact information. This option is offered for a one year period. NAPSEC will invoice organizations at the end of their one year subscription. The additional lines may be used to describe your services or simply to provide a message for parents. The NAPSEC Resource Guide has a direct link from NAPSEC's Main Page.

NAPSEC Annual Leadership Conference
Sponsor & Exhibit
Each year NAPSEC Members meet in January - the week of Martin Luther King's birthday - for its annual leadership conference. This is a wonderful opportunity to get your products recognized by private special education leaders. This conference is for executive directors - the decision makers - of private specialized education programs. A list of sponsors and exhibitors will be included on the conference site. A week before the conference an email is sent to the NAPSEC membership to announce the conference sponsors and exhibitors.
