Members: $210
Non-Member: $250
Guests for Dinner at B Smith's: $100

 

REGISTRATION DUE DATE

Registration forms are due on April 18, 2008.

 

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Call the Holiday Inn on the Hill, located at 415 New Jersey Avenue, NW, Washington, DC, 20001 for Hotel Reservations at (800) 638-1116 or (202) 638-1616. Room rates are $241 for single or double.  The cut-off date for the NAPSEC rate is March 28, 2008.  Remember to state that you are attending the NAPSEC meeting to ensure the conference rate. 

 

The Hotel is changing its name and April 1st it will become "The Liaison Capitol Hill - An Affinia Hotel."


 CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received by April 25, 2008 in order to receive a full refund.  A $10.00 handling fee will be deducted from all refunds. 

 PARENT/STUDENT REGISTRATION

Each paying  attendee can bring one parent to the conference, free of charge.  Each additional parent/student is $75.

 REGISTRATION

Registration is Wednesday, April 30th from 4:00pm-7:00pm at the Holiday Inn On the Hill. Please let us know in advance if you will not be able to pick up your materials and we will make arrangements to leave them at the hotel's front desk for when you arrive later that evening.

 SPONSORSHIP

Sponsorship forms are due April 18th. It is up to you or the organization sponsoring the item or event to decide what amount to contribute.
