2009 NAPSEC AWARDS
We encourage you to join us in recognizing the outstanding contributions
and skills of the staff in our member programs. In order to increase
school participation, we have developed a more user friendly and less
time consuming format.
The deadline for submission of nominations is October
17th - applications must be received by the close of
business on that date. In order to be fair to other nominees, there will
be NO EXCEPTIONS for late nominations.
In order to prevent budget restraints from discouraging programs from
participating in the awards program, NAPSEC will provide the following
financial assistance for the award winners in the categories of Educator
of the Year, Related Service Provider of the Year and Direct Care Worker
of the Year. NAPSEC will waive conference fees for the winners in these
categories and will be reimbursed for lodging, meals and transportation
for an amount up to $1,000. Keep your receipts and send them into the
NAPSEC office at the conclusion of the conference.
Please take time to get your nominations in to ensure your nominees get
the recognition they deserve!
