Registration Information
Registration Fees
We have added a fee for those attendees that chose to stay off the resort. We have a contract with the resort and the number of rooms we reserve for attendees is tied to the room rate we can negotiate for you and the amount of food and beverage we must purchase during the conference. If NAPSEC doesn't meet the room block we pay for the difference. Unfortunately, last year we ended up paying the resort for rooms. For this reason we ask that you make every effort to stay at the resort so we can avoid paying the resort for unused rooms in the future. We set the cut off date for the early rate to give us an idea on how reservations are looking so we can utilize the 10% reduction in our room block that is required several weeks before the room rate cut off date.
For attendees that would like to arrange for different accommodations, that are outside the NAPSEC room block - such as private homes for a large group of people, you can talk with Jillian Rumph and/or Yolanda Volenti with owner services. They can be reached at 239-472-7555, Jillian's extension is 7584 and Yolanda's is 7556. For any other type of accommodations that are not listed in the rooms block available on the web site contact Julie Germer at JGermer@luxuryresorts.com.
Individual Event Fees
We have added individual event fees to the option of a guest fee for all the events during the conference. This will accommodate those guests that don't come to everything, but would like to select the events they want to attend. Everyone who attends an event during the conference must have a name tag and/or be on the attendee list or they will not be able to attend. Please make sure when filling out the registration form you check the correct event that your guest would like to attend to make sure we have them on the attendee list and can provide them with a name tag once they are on site. As always, you can add to your registration once on site and NAPSEC can take your credit card information for any additional charges.
1. Guest Fee - $250.00 - for all events/sessions
2. Welcome Reception only - $35.00
3. Awards Luncheon only - $55.00
Golf Tournament - Change in Date & Time
The golf tournament will be held on Thursday, January 20th. Tee time is 8AM. Make sure to plan your travel to accommodate the change if you are planning to participate.
Refunds
The reason we set a date - with NO exceptions - for refunds is that after a certain point we have paid our deposit to the resort, secured the food/beverage totals for registrants and all of the materials have been ordered and presentations copied. After that date, even if you don't attend, we are paying for you. That is why we have a NO EXCEPTIONS refund policy after the cut off date of December 29, 2010.
